đźšš How Do I Pause My Shipment?

Sometimes you need to take a short break—here’s how to pause your subscription:

  1. Log in to your [NutraQ.com account].

  2. Go to My Account → Subscriptions.

  3. Select the subscription you’d like to pause.

  4. Click Pause Shipment.

  5. Choose your preferred pause duration (1 month, 2 months, etc.).

  6. Confirm your selection.

✅ You’ll see a confirmation message, and your next shipment will be adjusted.


📦 How Can I Check My Order Status?

Easily track your order to see where it is:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Click on Orders in the main menu.

  3. Find the order you want to check.

  4. Look under the Status column (e.g., “Processing,” “Shipped,” “Delivered”).

  5. If shipped, click Track Order for detailed updates.

💡 Tip: You’ll also receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


❌ How Do I Cancel My Order?

If you change your mind, you can cancel an order (as long as it hasn’t shipped yet):

  1. Log in to your NutraQ.com account.

  2. Go to Orders.

  3. Select the order you want to cancel.

  5. Confirm cancellation.

⚠️ If your order has already shipped, cancellation isn’t possible. Please wait for delivery and then check our [Return Policy].
