How to Log In to IndigoSoft
Guide to help you access your IndigoSoft HR platform account
This guide will help you access your IndigoSoft HR platform account. Whether you're logging in for the first time or need help with login issues, this article covers everything you need to know.
Step 1: Access the Login Page
- Open your web browser and go to app.indigosoft.com
- You'll see the IndigoSoft login screen with the company logo and login fields
Note: Bookmark this page for easy access in the future.
Step 2: Enter Your Credentials
For First-Time Users:
- Email: Use the email address provided in your welcome email from your HR administrator
- Password: Use the temporary password provided in your welcome email
- Important: You'll be prompted to create a new password after your first login
For Returning Users:
- Email: Your work email address
- Password: The password you created during your first login
Step 3: Complete Login
Click the "Sign In" button
If this is your first login, you'll be redirected to create a new secure password
Follow the password requirements:
- At least 8 characters
- Include one uppercase letter
- Include one number
- Include one special character (!@#$%^&*)
Troubleshooting Common Login Issues
🔒 Forgot Your Password?
- Click "Forgot Password?" on the login page
- Enter your email address
- Check your email for a password reset link
- Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password
- Return to the login page and use your new password
📧 Can't Remember Your Email?
- Contact your HR administrator - they can confirm which email address is associated with your account
- Check if you might have used a personal email during initial setup
🚫 Account Locked?
If you see a message that your account is locked:
- This happens after 5 failed login attempts
- Wait 15 minutes and try again, OR
- Contact your HR administrator to unlock your account immediately

IndigoSoft works best with:
- Chrome (recommended)
- Firefox
- Safari
- Edge
If you're having browser issues:
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Disable browser extensions temporarily
- Try logging in using an incognito/private browsing window
